Taken from The Challenge and Blessing of Being a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) - Grace and Growth Counselling
1. Create quiet spaces for God
2. Guard your heart - set healthy boundaries and be selective about social engagements
3. Lean on God's strength
4. Seek wise counsel and community - find mentor who understands the trait
5. Reframe your sensitivity as a spiritual gift - ask God to show you how to use your sensitivity for His Kingdom purposes
Being a Highly Sensitive Person in a world that prizes toughness and speed can feel like swimming upstream. But as Christians, we know that God often chooses what the world calls weak to reveal His strength.
Let your sensitivity draw you closer to the heart of God. Let it guide you into deeper love for others. And remember—your Creator designed you exactly as you are, for a reason. You are not “too much.” You are a reflection of God’s tender heart.
